How do I know that my order went through?
We always send out confirmation email once we have received your purchase order. You can also check your order status anytime by login to this website with your email and password.
Why don't I receive your confirmation email after I have made a purchase order?
Because of your email sever configuration, the email might have gone to your Trash or Bulk folder.
If you still cannot locate the confirmation email one (1) working day after making the purchase, please email or call us immediately and we shall assist you.
What if the goods delivered are not working well?

What is the procedure for a refund/replacement?
